Overpainted Fine Art Prints - From previously created handmade Photocollages. Originals 1/1
The previously created series, called Bound in Blue, was transformed by overpainting the work with white paintbrushes and creating a new image in which the figure disappears completely.
White paintbrushes move through my previously created photographs, dancing and floating through layers and shapes, like a flock of birds, or petals gliding in the wind, in search for a place to belong. In this process I’m addressing the idea of transformation and liberation by rewriting stories of the past.
